We provide services before, during, and after construction. During initial design we develop cost data to enable a comparison of alternatives, in order to fix the nature of a project. As construction documents are developed, we prepare more detailed cost information, and also perform constructability analysis. If requested, we will bid or negotiate with one or more contractors, or act as a construction manager securing multiple prime contracts.
During construction, we can act as the Owner’s Representative, a construction manager coordinating multiple prime contractors, or simply perform administration of the construction contract. Once construction is complete, we coordinate commissioning to finalize the project, and turn it over to the owner.
